Epack Prefab to hold 27th AGM on Sep 25 via VC/OAVM

Epack Prefab Technologies Ltd has announced its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means, in compliance with MCA and SEBI regulations. The notice of the AGM, along with the Annual Report for FY 2025-26, is being sent electronically to members. The company is also providing a weblink for members whose email addresses are not registered. Remote e-voting facility will be available from September 22 to September 24, 2026, with a cut-off date of September 18, 2026.
