EPIC Energy Ltd. Approves Allotment of 38,00,000 Convertible Warrants at Rs.50/- Each

EPIC Energy Ltd. has approved the allotment of 38,00,000 Convertible Warrants at an issue price of Rs.50/- per warrant. The warrants are convertible into or exchangeable for one fully paid up equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each of the Company. The allotment is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018. The total amount for the issuance is Rs.4,75,00,000/- (Rupees Four Crores Seventy-Five Lacs Only). The allotment is to the promoters and non-promoter investor category allottees.
