EPL Limited has announced its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing. The notice of the AGM, along with the Integrated Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26, has been dispatched to shareholders electronically.
