Equippp Social Impact Technologies Appoints New Director, Approves PMO

Equippp Social Impact Technologies Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Vegendla Srinivasa Rao as an Additional Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. The Board also approved the establishment of a Project Management Office (PMO) and authorized Mr. Rao to lead it. This follows a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Telangana State Legislature Secretariat for developing 119 Constituency Development & Sustainability Bridge Foundations, a model the company aims to replicate for generating IP revenue through Public-Private Partnerships.
