Equippp Social Impact Technologies Board Approves Q1 FY27 Results

Equippp Social Impact Technologies Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 12, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Dr. Narendra Mairpady as an Independent Director for a second term, and Mr. Vegendla Srinivasa Rao as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. Additionally, M/s. GBM & Associates were re-appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27, and the company took note of the Secretarial Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2026. The meeting also discussed the draft Directors Report for FY 2025-26 and approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Vindhya Dronamraju as Whole-time Director, along with remuneration for Mr. Sreenivasa chary Kalmanoor. The appointment of a scrutinizer for the 34th AGM and related dates were also decided.
