Equippp Social Impact Technologies declares unaudited Q1 FY27 results

Equippp Social Impact Technologies Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, on both standalone and consolidated bases. The Board of Directors approved these results, which were reviewed by the Audit Committee and noted by the Statutory Auditors. The meeting also covered the re-appointment of Dr. Narendra Mairpady as an Independent Director, the appointment of Mr. Vegendla Srinivasa Rao as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, and the re-appointment of M/s. GBM & Associates as Internal Auditors.
