Equitas Small Finance Bank Appoints New Head-Operations

Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Sivaraman K as the new Head-Operations, effective September 07, 2026. Mr. Sivaraman K brings over 30 years of extensive banking experience, including leadership roles in banking operations and process transformation. He succeeds Mr. Siby Sebastian, who will transition to head Strategic Transformation within the bank while remaining part of the Senior Management Personnel. This appointment is in line with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
