Eros International Media Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window
Eros International Media Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Insider Trading Regulation Code. All Designated Persons have been informed not to trade in (buy or sell) Equity Shares of the Company during this period. The date of the announcement of the Financial Results will be informed in due course. SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 has also been implemented, freezing the PANs of designated persons of the Company for trading in securities during the window closure period.
