ERP Soft Systems Appoints New Director, Accepts Resignation

ERP Soft Systems Limited announced a change in its board of directors following a meeting on August 14, 2026. Ms. Duvvuru Sarojanamma resigned from her position as Non-Executive Director due to personal reasons, effective the same date. Concurrently, Mr. Duvvuru Venkata Sivakumar Reddy was appointed as an Additional Director in a non-executive capacity, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Reddy is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in finance and management. The board also reviewed and approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
