ERP Soft Systems Board Approves Director Changes, AGM Notice

ERP Soft Systems Limited held a Board Meeting on September 5, 2026. The board accepted the resignation of Mr. Rathnakara Reddy Avileli as Independent Director due to personal reasons. Mr. Kameswara Rao Anapu was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for a five-year term, subject to member approval. The Directors' Report for FY 2025-26 and the notice for the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) were also approved. The AGM is scheduled for September 29, 2026, to be held via Video Conference or OAVM.
