ERP Soft Systems: Director Resigns, New Independent Director Appointed

ERP Soft Systems Limited announced a change in its board composition following a meeting on September 5, 2026. Mr. Rathnakara Reddy Avileli resigned as an Independent Director due to personal reasons. Concurrently, Mr. Kameswara Rao Anapu was appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive (Independent) Director for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval.
