ERP Soft Systems Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct. The closure will be in effect from 01.04.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending 31.03.2026. The Board Meeting is scheduled to consider and approve these results. Designated persons have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during this period.
