Esab India: Kevin Johnson Resigns from Board, Committees

Esab India Ltd announced the resignation of Kevin Johnson from its Board of Directors, effective May 1, 2026. This follows ESAB Holdings Limited's withdrawal of his nomination as a Nominee Director. Johnson cited personal reasons for his resignation. Consequently, he also ceases to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee.
