Esab India Ltd Revises Annual Report Due to Data Errors

Esab India Ltd has submitted a revised Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The revision addresses minor inadvertent errors found in the original report, specifically concerning waste management data within the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report. The quantities for recycled and landfilled waste were corrected from 4,610.75 Mts and 7,786.01 Mts to 1,649.18 Mts and 1,848.95 Mts, respectively. The company has requested that these changes be brought to the attention of its members and investors.
