Esab India Ltd. to Announce Audited Financial Results for FY 2025-2026, Trading Window Closed

Esab India Ltd. has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on 27th May 2026 to take on record the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ending 31st March 2026. The company may recommend a Final Dividend to the Equity shareholders. The Audited Financial Results will be sent to the stakeholders within the prescribed timeline of closure of the Board Meeting. The Trading Window for the purpose of transacting in Company’s Shares will remain closed from 1st April 2026 to 29th May 2026.
