ESAF SFB Appoints Two New Directors

ESAF Small Finance Bank Ltd announced the appointment of two new directors to its Board. Shri. Ashok Tukaram Dhamankar has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a period of three years, subject to shareholder approval. He brings extensive experience in finance, fintech, investment banking, and sustainable finance. Additionally, Shri. Hari Velloor has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director for a similar three-year term, also pending shareholder approval. These appointments are intended to strengthen the bank's governance and strategic direction.
