ESAF Small Finance Bank to hold 10th AGM on Aug 14, 2026

ESAF Small Finance Bank Limited has announced that its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 03:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), adhering to the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The cut-off date for determining member eligibility for attending the AGM and for e-voting is August 7, 2026. NSDL has been engaged to facilitate both the AGM attendance and e-voting. The bank will also disseminate its Annual Report for 2025-26, including financial statements and reports, along with the AGM notice, in due course.
