Escorts Kubota's Tractor Volume Grows by 2.7% in July 2025; Construction Equipment Sales Down

Escorts Kubota Limited's Agri Machinery Business sold 7,154 tractors in July 2025, marking a 2.7% growth compared to July 2024. Domestic tractor sales grew by 1.3%, while export tractor sales increased by 25.3%. The construction equipment business, however, sold 358 machines in July 2025, a decrease from the 491 machines sold in July 2024. The construction equipment market is currently facing challenges due to reduced construction activities, project delays, and higher product prices after emission norms change. However, the Government's increased investment in infrastructure projects may trigger improved demand post monsoon season.
