ESDS: Trading window closed for designated persons from Oct 1, 2026

ESDS Software Solution Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is effective from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, are declared to the Stock Exchanges. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board Meeting to consider these results. This action is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct.
