Acquirer Opulus Bizserve Private Limited to Acquire 26% Stake in Esha Media Research Limited for INR 3.43 Crores

Opulus Bizserve Private Limited, through Choice Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd, has made a public announcement for the acquisition of up to 22,89,802 Equity Shares of Esha Media Research Limited, representing 26.00% of the fully diluted emerging capital. The acquisition is being made under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations 2011. The open offer is for the acquisition of Equity Shares from the public shareholders of the Target Company, pursuant to Regulations 3(1) and 4 read with Regulations 13, 14 and 15(1) of the Takeover Code.
