Esha Media Research Appoints New Directors

Esha Media Research Ltd has announced the appointment of four new directors effective April 22, 2026. Mr. Siddharth Subhash Saraf is appointed as Managing Director, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Mudgal as Additional Executive Director and CFO, Mr. Ashok Thakur as Additional Independent Director, and Ms. Reena U Wagh as Additional Independent Director. The appointments are based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
