Esquire Money Guarantees Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 9, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting is scheduled under Regulations 29 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from January 1, 2026, and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e. up to February 11, 2026.
