Essar Shipping Appoints New Director, Reappoints Another

Essar Shipping Limited announced changes in its directorate following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 31, 2026. Mr. Subramanian Raman has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 1, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Suresh Ramamirtham has been re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director, also effective September 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
