Ester Industries Board Approves Un-audited Financial Results, Sets AGM Date

Ester Industries Limited's Board of Directors met on August 11, 2026, and approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also decided to convene the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 24, 2026, to be held through Video Conferencing. September 17, 2026, has been fixed as the record date for determining eligible members for dividend for FY 2025-26 and as the cut-off date for AGM voting. The dividend, if declared, will be paid by October 24, 2026.
