Ester Industries Ltd: Arvind Singhania Re-designated as Non-Executive Director, Vaibhav Jha Appointed as CEO

Ester Industries Ltd announced the re-designation of Mr. Arvind Singhania from Managing Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Chairman of the Board, effective from the closing of business hours on 26th March 2026, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. Mr. Vaibhav Jha has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective from 27th March 2026. The re-designation and appointment are in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Board of Directors also approved the updated list of Key Managerial Personnel for determining materiality of events or information and for making necessary disclosures to the Stock Exchange(s).
