Ester Industries: Promoter Group Cancels Share Acquisition

Ayush Vardhan Singhania, a member of the Promoter Group of Ester Industries Limited, has informed the exchange about the cancellation of a previously disclosed acquisition. The acquisition involved 3,797,468 equity shares, representing 3.64% voting rights, from Mr. Arvind Singhania. The transaction, initially intended under Regulation 10(5) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, will not proceed due to unforeseen circumstances. This cancellation effectively nullifies the inter-se transfer of shares.
