Laddu Gopal Online Services Appoints New Statutory Auditors

Laddu Gopal Online Services Ltd held a Board of Directors meeting on July 14, 2026, approving several key appointments and strategic decisions. M/s. S Parth & Company has been appointed as the Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27, subject to member approval. The company also appointed M/s. CS Krupa Romil Shah as Secretarial Auditor and Nisarg Shah as Internal Auditors for the same financial year. Additionally, Ms. Jansi Patel and Ms. Gunjan Jyotishbhai Leuva were appointed as Additional Directors. The board also approved updating authorised signatories, evaluating monetisation of non-core assets, and changing the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent to Accurate Securities and Registry Private Limited. A Corporate Office will be opened in Ahmedabad, and an Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled for August 5, 2026, to seek member approvals.
