Eureka Industries Ltd: Appointment of Ms. Avani Ashwinkumar Shah as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director and Mr. Chaitanya Jayantilal Pandya as Additional Executive Director

Eureka Industries Ltd announced the appointments of Ms. Avani Ashwinkumar Shah as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director and Mr. Chaitanya Jayantilal Pandya as an Additional Executive Director. Ms. Shah's appointment is for an initial term of five years, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. Mr. Pandya's appointment is also subject to the approval of the Members of the Company. The appointments were made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
