RRP Defense Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 10, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also informed that the trading window for its equity shares has been closed from July 1, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives, in compliance with SEBI regulations. The trading window is set to reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the Q1 FY27 financial results. The company was formerly known as Euro Asia Exports Limited.
