Euro Panel: Daisy Dsouza Resigns as Independent Director

Euro Panel Products Ltd announced the resignation of Ms. Daisy Dsouza as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The Board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, re-appointed internal and cost auditors, and re-appointed Mr. Rajesh Nanalal Shah and Mr. Divyam Rajesh Shah as Managing Director and Whole-time Director, respectively, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board approved the incorporation of a subsidiary company in Tamil Nadu.
