Evans Electric Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and Companies Code of Conduct on Insider Trading. The trading restriction period will be effective from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, and will reopen after 48 hours of the declaration of Audited financial statements for the half year and Financial Year ended 31st March 2026.
