Eveready Industries India Ltd reported robust growth for Q4 FY26 and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026. In Q4 FY26, consolidated revenue from operations increased by 9.4% to ₹327.2 crore, driven by strong performance in batteries (Alkaline up 82%) and lighting (up 17.0%). EBITDA rose 10.7% to ₹28.7 crore, supported by improved realizations and cost management. Profit after tax was ₹141.8 crore, including an exceptional gain of ₹102.7 crore. For FY26, consolidated revenue grew 8.2% to ₹1455.4 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 11.5%. PAT for FY26 was ₹171.5 crore, including a net exceptional gain of ₹48.6 crore. The company strengthened its market share, with alkaline batteries approaching 20% and dry cell batteries maintaining over 52%. A key strategic milestone was the commissioning of India’s only operational Alkaline battery facility in Jammu, enhancing manufacturing scale and reducing import reliance. The company also reduced debt by over ₹100 crore in the fiscal year.
