Everest Industries Completes Rs. 1.76 Crore Investment in Amplus Ampere Private Limited

Everest Industries Ltd. has completed its investment of Rs. 1.76 crores in Amplus Ampere Private Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) floated by Amplus Energy Solutions PTE LTD. Amplus is engaged in the business of setting up, generating and distributing power from solar power plants in India. The investment was made to avail Captive Open Access for Solar Energy and increase the company's utilisation of renewable energy in the state of Maharashtra. The acquisition does not fall under related party transactions and Amplus has NIL turnover during the FY 2024-25.
