The agenda includes the adoption of audited financial statements for FY 2025-26, declaration of a final dividend of Re. 1/- per equity share, re-appointment of Ms. Padmini Sekhsaria as Director, appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, and approval of remuneration for the Non-Executive Independent Chairman, Mr. Anant Talaulicar, for FY 2025-26.
