Everest Industries Ltd. Approves Sale of 23.32-Acre Land to G Square Realtors for INR 133.86 Crores

Everest Industries Ltd. has approved the sale of a 23.32-acre land parcel situated at Kurichi Village, Podanur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, to G Square Realtors Private Limited for a total consideration of INR 133,85,68,000. The sale is not expected to impact the company's business operations and does not constitute an undertaking under the Companies Act, 2013. The agreement for sale was entered into on August 28, 2025, and the sale deed is expected to be executed within 4 months from the date of execution of the Term Sheet or 3 months from the date of receipt of Environmental Clearance, whichever is later. G Square Realtors Private Limited is one of the top real estate developers in Tamil Nadu and does not belong to the promoter/promoter group/group companies of Everest Industries Ltd.
