Everlon Financials Ltd re-appointed M/s. R. Thakkar and Co., Chartered Accountants, as their Internal Auditor for the FY 2026-27. This decision was made during a Board Meeting held on May 12, 2026, where the board also approved and adopted the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Statutory Auditors, M/s. B. L. Dasharda & Associates, issued an Audit Report with an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
