Nine ALPS Trust Sells 2.17% Stake in Exato Technologies

Nine ALPS Trust- Nine ALPS Opportunity Fund has disclosed the sale of 2,18,500 equity shares, representing 2.17% of the total share capital, in Exato Technologies Limited. The disposal occurred through open market transactions between December 17, 2025, and August 20, 2026. Prior to this sale, the fund held 6.90% of Exato Technologies. Following the transaction, their holding has reduced to 4.73% (4,75,660 shares). The total equity share capital of Exato Technologies remains ₹10,06,53,710, divided into 1,00,65,371 equity shares of ₹10 each.
