Excel Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 4, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for company securities will remain closed until November 6, 2026, and will reopen on November 7, 2026. This closure is to prevent insider trading during the financial results announcement period.
