Exhicon Events Media Solutions Ltd. Signs LOI with India Exposition Mart for Exhibition Halls Development

Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with India Exposition Mart Limited for the development of extended exhibition halls at the Expo Centre, Greater Noida. The project involves the design, construction, and service of Semi-Permanent Exhibition Halls, which are adaptable for conversion into Permanent Structures. The agreement also includes the deployment of the Temporary German Hangar till the completion of the project. The project is expected to offer a revenue opportunity between INR 20 Crore to INR 35 Crore for the FY 2025-2026 & 2026-2027. This collaboration strengthens Exhicon's National footprint in the Exhibition Infrastructure Segment and supports its long-term growth strategy.
