Exhicon H2 FY26: Strong performance, Mohali Convention Centre, Main Board migration

Exhicon Events Media Solutions Ltd reported a robust business update for H2 FY2026, demonstrating strong performance in aviation, infrastructure development, and marquee events across India and eight international markets. The company maintained a high-growth trajectory and fiscal discipline, generating strong cash flows. A significant achievement includes winning the bid for the Mohali Convention & Exhibition Centre under a PPP model with the Government of Punjab, involving a Phase 1 investment of ~₹75 crore targeting completion by December 2027. Exhicon also secured a helicopter shuttle contract for the Mandakini Valley to Shri Kedarnath Ji route and completed Phase I of the Expo Centre Greater Noida expansion, adding 12,000 sqm of event space. The company's FY27 outlook remains healthy, focusing on large-scale infrastructure ownership and high-margin service diversification.
