Exhicon signs strategic D&C, O&M partnership for Indore Exhibition Centre
Exhicon Events Media Solutions Ltd has executed a Term Sheet for a strategic Design & Construction (D&C) and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) partnership for an Exhibition & Convention Centre at MMLP Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The project operates on an asset-light model, with the entire CAPEX funded by the developer. Exhicon's wholly-owned subsidiary will handle design and construction, generating execution revenue. Exhicon will also operate the center with zero capital deployment, securing dual revenue streams from execution and annuity operations. The 10-year O&M agreement includes a revenue share (35% for years 1-3, 30% thereafter) across various event and ancillary revenues. This is the company's 5th venue in two years, reinforcing its 'design-build-operate' strategy and expanding its presence in exhibition infrastructure.
