Exicom Tele-Systems Limited has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The notice for the AGM, which includes the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of a retiring director, Mr. Himanshu Baid, will be sent electronically to eligible members. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is September 21, 2026, with remote e-voting commencing on September 24 and closing on September 27, 2026.
