Exide Industries Appoints Maheshwari Datamatics as New RTA

Exide Industries Limited announced a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) during its Board of Directors meeting held on November 4, 2026. The company will transition from M/s MUFG Intime India Private Limited to M/s. Maheshwari Datamatics Private Limited (MDPL). The Board also approved the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The transition to the new RTA is subject to obtaining necessary approvals and completing tripartite agreements, with MUFG continuing services until the change is effective.
