Exide Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 4th May 2026 to consider and approve the audited financial results for the financial year ending 31st March 2026. The meeting will also include the recommendation of final dividend, if any, on the equity shares for FY 2025-26. The Trading Window for sale/purchase or any kind of dealing in the securities of the Company is currently closed and will re-open on Thursday, 7th May 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the approved Exide Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
