Expleo Solutions Ltd. to Incorporate New Wholly Owned Subsidiary in Gift City, Gujarat, India

Expleo Solutions Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors approved the proposal to incorporate a new wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) Company in Gift City, Gujarat, India. The new entity will provide financial services, subject to the approval of International Financial Services Centre Authority (IFSCA). The WOS Company will be a related party of Expleo Solutions Limited, with common directorship and transactions at an arm's length basis. The main objective of the WOS Company is to offer financial services in the global financial services hub being developed by the Government of India.
