Expo Engineering Converts Warrants to 18.12 Lakh Equity Shares

Expo Engineering and Projects Ltd. announced the conversion of 18,12,859 share warrants into equity shares following the payment of the balance 75% subscription amount by warrant holders. This conversion, approved by shareholders and the board, raises Rs. 12,69,00,130. The company's issued and paid-up share capital has increased to Rs. 10,37,68,460, comprising 2,59,42,115 equity shares of Rs. 4 each. The new shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares and will be allotted in dematerialized form.
