Exxaro Tiles Ltd Closes Trading Window Until After Q4 Results in 2026

Exxaro Tiles Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities of the company, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed from 01st April 2026, and will reopen only after the expiry of 48 hours of the public announcement of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider, approve and take on record of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
