Exxaro Tiles Reappoints Mitesh Koshti as Internal Auditor

Exxaro Tiles Ltd has re-appointed Mr. Mitesh Koshti as its internal auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on May 5, 2026, following Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Mr. Koshti, a qualified Master in Commerce with over 10 years of experience, previously worked with Naresh J. Patel & Co. and has expertise in setting up internal audit functions and leveraging data analytics.
