Talwalkars Board Approves Auditor Appointments, CS Changes, Office Shift

Talwalkars Better Value Fitness Ltd's Board of Directors, at a meeting on April 14, 2026, approved several key corporate actions. These include the shifting of the company's Registered Office within Mumbai, the appointment of M/s. S K Bhavsar & Co. as Statutory Auditors for FY2026-27 (and pending previous years), and the appointment of M/s. Kishan Patel & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY2026-27. Additionally, the Board noted the resignation of Ms. Pooja Jain as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and subsequently appointed Mr. Kamlesh Laxmanbhai Bachani to the role. M/s Pooja M Patel & Associates were also appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term.
