One 97 Communications Ltd has approved providing a Default Loss Guarantee of up to ₹90 crore to lending partners Muthoot Fincorp Limited and Kisetsu Saison Finance (India) Private Limited. This guarantee is for loans disbursed by these partners and aligns with the company's existing loan distribution business. The company earns sourcing and collection fees on these loans. In a separate development, Mr. Ashit Ranjit Lilani has withdrawn his consent for reappointment as a Non-Executive Independent Director due to other professional commitments, concluding his term on July 4, 2026.
